Shipping, Delivery and Returns
For US orders:
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand. It typically takes about 7-10 days to get your shirt printed, shipped, and delivered. All shirts ship from our US print facility and travel via USPS to your address, tracking numbers available.
For non-apparel items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers and warehouses all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.
For International orders, shipping may take 1 or 2 more weeks.

How Do I Track My Order?
For orders within US, we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. You may enter tracking information in this portal: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm
You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at email@example.com.
Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.
Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a PayPal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your PayPal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your PayPal account.
